The Art of Ending a Year

Well, it’s New Years Eve. And it doesn’t quite feel like it to me. I think because I’ve been away and I’ve moved back home, all these other things have taken up my mind, so now we’re here without me quite realising it.

I like the thought of ending a year well, as with ending anything well. In light of this, I’m going to give you the last playlist of 2017. Here are five songs that I’ll keep listening to in 2018 (let’s just say, these are my favourite songs of right now):

1. Please Don’t Say You Love Me (Gabrielle Aplin)

2. Paris (The Chainsmokers)

3. Winter Song (Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson)

4. Can’t Help Falling in Love (Kina Grannis cover)

5. You Are My Sunshine (Jasmine Thompson cover)

Happy New Year!

Sarah xx
